Lakeisha Little-Shaw, a respected community leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for health and wellness, has been named the Ms. Corporate America Northern California State Queen. This distinguished recognition honors professional women who demonstrate excellence in leadership, community impact, and personal development.

A proud native of Stockton, Lakeisha has dedicated her life and career to uplifting underserved communities through her work as the founder of SHAW 4 Community, owner of The SHAW Bar, and The F.I.T. Me fitness initiative. Her efforts center on creating equitable access to health, wellness, and personal growth opportunities for individuals and families throughout the region.

“This title is not just about me, it represents the resilience, strength, and greatness that lives within our city,” said Little-Shaw. “I am honored to represent Stockton and Northern California, and to continue the work of empowering others on a larger platform.”

Lakeisha was officially crowned during a public ceremony in Stockton on Friday, May 1, 2026.

Following her crowning, Lakeisha will go on to represent Northern California at the Ms. Corporate America National Competition in June in Florida, where she will compete alongside women from across the country.

The Ms. Corporate America organization is a premier platform that celebrates the achievements of professional women while providing opportunities for leadership development, business growth, and community engagement.

Lakeisha’s selection highlights not only her professional accomplishments but also her unwavering commitment to serving her community and redefining what health and wellness look like for all.
