Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce Launches County-Wide Billboards to Combat Retail Theft

The Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce proudly unveils new county-wide billboards dedicated to deterring retail theft across San Joaquin County. These billboards serve as a powerful symbol of our community's commitment to protecting local businesses and neighborhoods from the scourge of retail crime.

The official unveiling and ribbon-cutting ceremony, hosted by the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce, featured distinguished guests including representatives from the Stockton Police Department. The event underscored the importance of collaborative efforts in combating retail theft through the Stockton Takes Action Against Retail Theft (STAART) program.

"We are thrilled to launch these billboards as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance public safety and support our local businesses," remarked Frank Ferral, Chief Policy Officer of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce. "This initiative wouldn't be possible without the generous support of our sponsors. We extend our sincere thanks to Weberstown Mall, E3 Security, Less Lethal California, Edgeworth, City of Stockton, F&M Bank, and Food 4 Less Rancho San Miguel for their invaluable contributions."

The billboards, strategically placed throughout the county, will serve as a constant reminder that retail theft will not be tolerated in Stockton. They also herald the upcoming launch of the official STAART app and website, scheduled for August, which will further empower community members and businesses in the fight against retail crime.
