Office of Violence Prevention Data Cafe Event

STOCKTON, Calif. – The City of Stockton Office of Violence Prevention (OVP) will be sharing information about the work they do and the positive steps they take toward reducing violent crime in our community at a Data Café community meeting. Please join us at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at the Oak Park Senior Center, 730 E. Fulton Street. This public presentation will focus on OVP program data and outcome statistics. All members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend. This meeting is open to anyone interested in violence reduction.

"Through the Data Café, the Office of Violence Prevention aims to foster awareness regarding our ongoing efforts to combat violence in the City of Stockton," stated Director Lora Larson. "By actively sharing information about our violence reduction strategies, we strive to extend our reach to at-risk individuals, empowering them to build brighter futures for themselves, their families, and the entire community."
