San Joaquin RTD Evacuates 64 People from Acampo Mobile Home Park

Stockton, CA–In response to a call for assistance from the Officer of Emergency Services and local emergency responders, San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) swiftly deployed buses and personnel to assist in evacuating 64 people from Arbor Mobile Home in Acampo, CA between January 15 and 17. RTD Transportation and Safety and Security Team responded quickly with crews working together in near-freezing temperatures over consecutive shifts. All individuals were safely transported to the Lodi Grape Festival Grounds, where they received additional assistance from the Red Cross.
