Mitchell Finn Named Partner at Kemper CPA Group in Stockton

Stockton, CA – July 1, 2026

Kemper CPA Group is proud to announce the promotion of Mitchell Finn, CPA, to Partner in the firm’s Stockton, California office.

Mitchell has been a valued member of the Kemper team since 2018, when he joined the firm after graduating from California State University, Chico with a degree in Business Administration, with an option in Accounting. He earned his CPA designation in 2020 and has continued to build a strong foundation in client service, technical knowledge, and firm leadership.

In his role at Kemper, Mitchell works with individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and closely held companies. His areas of experience include taxation, audit, business valuation, forensic accounting, reviews, compilations, and bookkeeping. He is known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and steady approach to helping clients navigate complex financial matters.
