2024-2025 CDBG & ESG Notice of Funding Availability

The City of Stockton will be releasing a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds. It is anticipated that the City will receive approximately $700,000 in CDBG funding and $250,000 in ESG funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City will be seeking proposals from eligible organizations to fund eligible public service projects to directly benefit low-income families within the City of Stockton.

Mandatory In-Person Application Workshop – January 9, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
All prospective applicants MUST attend a mandatory in-person application workshop on January 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. The workshop will be held in the Stewart Hazelton Room of the Cesar Chavez Central Library (605 N. El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95202). NOFA guidelines will be released at this workshop.
